SHIPPING

Shipping and Return Policies

  • Orders placed before 4:00pm (CST) will generally be shipped in 1-3 business days. Any delay in shipping will be communicated to you via the e-mail address provided at checkout OR via text if number is provided. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service + Shipping is $7 for orders under $60. Orders over $60 are FREE. Delivery is generally within 3-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

  • Local customers may choose the Local Pickup option at checkout and must contact us via email at southraestreet@gmail.com or text (601) 695-9314 for pickup arrangements. 

Returns

  • You must contact us at southraestreet@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase to request a return authorization. Please include the reason for returning your item.

  • Items returned prior to authorization will not be processed. 

  • Your item(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item(s) must be unworn and include all original tags and packaging. 

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return an item with two exceptions:

    • If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, South Rae St. will pay the shipping costs to return the item.

    • If an item is delivered in error, South Rae St. will pay the shipping costs to return the item. 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and payment will be returned.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be made for a different size of the same item or in the case of a defective item, provided we have the alternate item in stock. The item must be unworn and include all original tags and packaging. 

  • You must contact us at southraestreet@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase to request an exchange authorization. Please include the reason for exchanging your item.

  • Items returned prior to authorization will not be processed.

Sale Item Policy

  • Any and all sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges. They are final sale items - NO EXCEPTIONS.
